    Mid Coast Parkview Health, a 93 bed Joint Commission certified community hospital system located in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Outpatient Behavioral Health Coordinator to join our Behavorial Health leadership team.   Responsible for the day to day oversight of the Addiction Resource outpatient behavorial health clinic activity, the Coordinator ensures that the mission of Mid Coast–Parkview is successful by providing leadership and guidance to downline leaders and colleagues.

     

    As the only Magnet certified community hospital in Maine, our entire team of dedicated medical professionals and allied support services are committed to outstanding community focused healthcare.   Working closely with medical providers, departmental colleagues, Administration and clinical leadership, as well as allied departments in a highly cooperative and collaborative environment is critical for this position.

    Responsibilities

    The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical goals of the division are achieved.   

     

    Coordinator would be responsible for oversight of daily clinic activity, including intake and assessment, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient services, Medication Assisted Treatment, for clients with substance use and mental health issues.

     

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a Outpatient substance use and mental health environment with a minimum of Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.   

     

    Requires Master's Degree (counseling, psychology, social work 
    or related field) and current unencumbered Maine independent
    licensure (LCPC, LCSW, CCS).

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a Outpatient substance use and mental health environment with a minimum of Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
