This position works under the supervision of the Food and Nutrition Manager and takes daily direction from the Dining Room Team Leader. The FNS Wait Staff performs a variety of patient/customer food service functions in one or more of the following areas: Dish Room, patient tray side, and nourishments, as well as other related tasks in accordance with department/organizational goals and objectives and in compliance with current laws and regulations.
High School diploma preferred but not required. Prior experience of food service, preferably in a health care/institutional setting desired but not necessary. On the job training.
