    Mid Coast Parkview Health, a 93 bed Joint Commission certified community hospital system located in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Outpatient Behavorial Health (OPBH) Clinician to join our clinical provider team.  


    As the only Magnet certified community hospital in Maine, our entire team of dedicated medical professionals and allied support services are committed to outstanding community focused healthcare. 


    Working closely with medical providers, departmental colleagues, Administration and clinical leadership, as well as allied departments in a highly cooperative and collaborative environment is critical for this position.


    This 30-hour position is a blended position that will work at the Addiction Resource center in Damariscotta, ME and at the Sagadahoc Country Outreach Program, located in Bath and West Bath, ME.



    Responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and treatment for persons with substance use related issues and/or mental health problems.   Services can also be provided to family members or concerns persons affected by someone's substance misuse.


    Services are provided in one-on-0ne and group facilitation settings.


    The OPBH Clinician ensures that the mission of Mid Coast–Parkview is central their in their daily practice. 



    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Addictions Treatment, or related field.


    Conditional or Full Licensure in Social Work or Counseling (LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCSW, or LCPC, other licenses considered will be a CADC or LADC.)


    Minimum of at least 1-2 Years previous experience in counseling adolescents and adults dealing with substance use-related and mental health issues.


    Two years of prior sobriety if in recovery at time of hire.
