Under the supervision of the Food and Nutrition Manager, and taking daily direction from the Dining Room Team Leader, the Lead Wait Staff position is responsible for the general oversight of the work performed by Wait Staff in the Thornton Hall dining room. The objective is to maintain a staff that is courteous, efficient and well groomed. A training program shall be initiated to promote professionalism and meet the expectations of Thornton Hall Dining Service. The Lead Wait staff shall perform such other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Team Leader and/or Food and Nutrition Manager.
Assist with training the service staff.
